Job summary

Warrington Borough Council is recruiting 11 x Waste Collection Driver / Loader for Woolston Depot. The role involves collecting domestic, recyclable, food and green waste on a 37-hour week over four days (Tuesday to Friday), starting 6:30am.

A valid Category C licence with at least 12 months' driving experience and a Driver CPC are required. The starting salary is £30,515 per year, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C licence with 12 months minimum driving experience.
• Driver CPC qualification required.
• May be required to complete a company medical and driving assessment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and load waste on domestic and recycling routes.
• Work across the full range of collections including food and green waste.
