Job summary

Veolia UK in Chorley is seeking a driver to support waste services. You will drive to planned collection locations, move and empty containers, and ensure all paperwork is kept up to date in the onboard system.

You must have a valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence, CPC and Digi/Tachograph card. The role is full-time, 48 hours per week, with early starts. Veolia offers generous leave, pension access, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) driving licence.
• CPC up to date.
• Digi/Tachograph Card valid.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and move/empty containers.
• Input information into onboard system and submit paperwork daily.
• Perform daily vehicle checks as per driver handbook.
• Comply with traffic laws and ensure loads are secure.
• Keep carriageway clean and manage spillages.
