Job summary

phs Group plc in East Grinstead is hiring a Washroom Service Driver to collect bins, service hygiene products and complete paperwork. The role runs Monday to Friday with 40 hours per week and a fixed hourly rate.

Applicants should hold a UK manual licence (12+ months) with up to 6 points, be available from 6am to 6pm, and show reliability, safety awareness and attention to detail. A company vehicle is provided.

• Able to work within a 6am–6pm window (40 hours per week).
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional.

Washroom Service Driver

East Grinstead

£12.92 per hour | £26,879 + Bonus (OTE £28,079) per year | 40 hours guaranteed

Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
