Job summary

phs Group plc is hiring a Washroom Service Driver. You will follow a planned daily route to collect bins, service hygiene products, and complete compliance documentation while delivering courteous customer service.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a safe driving history, and availability for 6am–6pm, 40 hours per week. On offer is a permanent role with a company vehicle for business use, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a bonus scheme that contributes to an OTE of around

• Able to work within a 6am–6pm window (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Follow pre-planned daily routes visiting customers.

Washroom Service Driver

£12.92 per hour | £26,879 + Bonus (OTE £28,079) per year | 40 hours guaranteed

Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

You’ll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting our customers to:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:
