Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a Washroom Service Operative to cover Leeds and surrounding areas. You will service washroom equipment, manage delivery of services, and act as a customer-facing ambassador with strong service skills.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, the ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills. DBS check may be required; pension and life assurance are offered along with generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Ability to organise and plan own workload.
• Standalone role requiring initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional and diplomatic with customers.
• DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose waste from the premises of production.
• Ensure paperwork for services delivered or returned goods is checked and signed.
• Perform daily vehicle checks before starting customer service visits.
• Complete all service schedules allocated by Service Support Administrator.
• Adhere to H&S requirements and Working Time/Driving Time Directives.
