Job summary

phs Group plc is seeking a Washroom Service Driver in Leeds City Centre to operate a pre-planned daily route, collecting and servicing hygiene products for customers. The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours guaranteed and no weekend work, offering a structured schedule and ongoing opportunities.

You will be driving a company vehicle, performing compliant documentation, and delivering courteous service while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
• Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years)
• Able to work within a 6am–6pm window (40 hours per week)
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional
• Good attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Skills

Full UK driving licence

No endorsments with DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC

Hours flexibility 6am–6pm
