Lyreco in the United Kingdom is seeking a Washroom Service Operative to service washroom equipment across the Central Leeds area. The role involves delivering reliable service, maintaining paperwork, and upholding safety standards while working on client sites.

You will operate on a full-time basis (45 hrs per week) with a fixed-term contract, reporting to the Service Support Administrator and adhering to all health and safety directives. A DBS check will be conducted as part of the process.

Qualifikationen

• Ensure paperwork for services/products delivered or returned is checked and signed off.
• Perform daily vehicle checks prior to starting customer service visits.

• Adhere to all H&S requirements, including manual handling and compliance with Working Time Directives and Driving Time Directives.

Washroom Service Operative Service Area – Central Leeds area | Full-time | Fixed Term Salary - £31,473.00 per annum | Permanent | Full-time 45 hrs pw (Mon–Fri)

Join Lyreco, a global leader in workplace solutions, as a Washroom Service Operative. As a Washroom Service Operative, you will be responsible for the servicing of various washroom equipment including feminine hygiene units, nappy waste systems, sharps units, air freshener systems and vending machines. Our Washroom Service Operatives are responsible for the delivery of our services/goods to customer sites in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Acting as ambassadors for our business, excellent customer service skills are required.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the removal and disposal of waste from the premises of production

• Adhere to all H&S requirements, always including manual handling of goods, monitor working hours to ensure compliance with Working Time Directives (WTD) and Driving Time Directives (DTD)

What we’re looking for:

• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Ability to organise and plan their own workload
• This is a standalone role where you will be required to work under your own initiative.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
• An ability to remain professional and diplomatic whilst dealing with customers.
• The successful candidate will be subjected to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
