Job summary

A leading automotive group is seeking an experienced Warranty / R&M Administrator to join their high-performing team. You will ensure warranty and R&M documentation, claims and parts returns are processed accurately and efficiently in line with manufacturer procedures.

You will work closely with service, parts, fleet and customer teams to support a smooth, compliant aftersales operation and maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Automotive warranty or R&M administration experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Kerridge/Autoline is essential.
• Excellent customer service orientation and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret warranty and R&M claim details from job cards.
• Generate and process repair invoices.
• Submit and transmit claims to warranty and R&M providers.
• Liaise with customers and fleet managers for invoicing.
• Identify parts for return or disposal with the parts department.
• Investigate rejected claims and resubmit as needed.
• Participate in warranty and R&M audits.
• Cost and invoice retail work for service departments.
• Process warranty/R&M credit payments.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
