We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our Warranty Hub. This role is full time across 45 hours per week and can be based at any of our 5 Mercedes Benz Dealerships located in Ascot, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Reading, or Slough.

We are offering a salary of £27,000 with an OTE of £30,420 plus an excellent range of Company benefits.

The Warranty Administrator plays a key part in the relationship management between the dealership, customer, and the manufacturer.

The main duties of the role include:

  1. Checking claims submitted by the sites.
  2. Submitting Warranty to the required manufacturer standards.
  3. Ensuring the submission of all invoiced jobs and assisting the Accounts department in the reconciliation of the Warranty payments.
  4. Dealing with rejected Warranty claims.

For this role, it is essential that you have experience of working within the motor industry in a warranty role.

You will need to be organised, efficient, with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work within specified guidelines.
