The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales, Parts & Warranty Administrator to join our sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Business Development Manager and Parts & Service manager to gain hands-on experience in sales processes, customer communication, and product knowledge within the heavy haulage and project engineering industry.

  • Support the sales team by processing orders and maintaining an accurate internal order book with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage warranty claims from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring prompt and professional communication throughout.
  • Provide outstanding aftersales service by coordinating with relevant departments to address issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist customers with parts enquiries, including quoting, order processing, and despatching orders.
  • Maintain records and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and traceability across sales, parts, and warranty functions.

Key Skills/Experience:
