Marston Holdings Limited via Engage Services is seeking a Warrant Field Agent in a self-employed capacity across the UK. The role offers flexibility with guaranteed daily rates and visibility of upcoming work, and you will execute warrants at properties while leading on-site teams.

The position requires 1+ year of relevant experience, a UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle with business insurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related field (police, armed forces, enforcement, security).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle if working in London ULEZ zone.
• Clear DBS check and healthy credit history.
• Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties.
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams including locksmiths, engineers and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure full compliance with legislation, FCA rules, data protection and company policies.
• Conduct operational assessments to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and documentation relating to operations and performance.
• Identify, manage and resolve disputes as per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve objectives.
