Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook with preparation of varied, nutritious meals.
• Help with serving meals and respect residents' dietary needs.
• Follow HACCP, Health & Safety, COSHH and environmental health guidelines.
• Clean and tidy kitchen areas using prescribed products.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and report faults.
• Receive and store new stock, rotate stock for freshness.
• Collaborate with staff in meetings and training.
