You will greet guests, manage reservations, and help ensure a warm, welcoming experience for every guest across a high-volume service. A passion for hospitality, strong English, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

You will be part of a small but dynamic group within Harts Group, with opportunities for development, tasting experiences, and a supportive team culture that values guests and colleagues alike.

• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant team with good knowledge of reservation systems.
