Job summary

Corbrook Park Care Home is seeking a Receptionist on maternity cover from January to September 2027. You will deliver a warm, professional meet-and-greet service, handling visitor and caller inquiries with a focus on excellent customer care.

The role requires strong communication, IT literacy, and proven admin experience. On-site duties, with a supportive team and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or higher required.
• Experience in admin/reception roles.
• Ability to work with a commercial mindset and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional meet and greet service to visitors and callers.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and surroundings.
• Collect and report customer feedback to the Home Manager and suggest improvements.
• Build relationships with the Home Manager, staff, residents and families.
• Support the Admin Manager during annual leave.
