Job summary

Greenways Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, seeks a receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. You will create a warm, professional environment and handle enquiries, scheduling and basic admin tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role is 15 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. PVG checked, pension, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house or reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and greet visitors.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain organised systems and assist the wider team.
• Contribute to smooth running of the home alongside the Business Administrator.
