Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. at Fleet Hall Care Home in Hampshire is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our award-winning team. You will deliver high standards of personal care, support residents with daily activities, and contribute to a compassionate, respectful living environment.

No previous experience is necessary as a thorough induction and training programme is provided. You should be able to communicate clearly, work well within a team, and adapt to varying care tasks

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrates initiative and respects residents and colleagues
• Efficient worker who can follow reasonable instructions
• Flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents
• Assist residents with personal hygiene care while supporting independence and dignity
• Recognise clinical risks (weight loss, pressure sores, infections) and escalate when needed
• Practice safe systems of work and show courtesy to residents and visitors
