The role requires a compassionate approach, strong communication and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice. DBS Disclosure will be funded by Avery Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to take initiative and work with residents and team.
• Willingness to learn through induction and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and escalate clinical risk areas in residents in a timely manner.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
