MBDA is recruiting for a Warhead Engineer – Graduate Programme 2027 based at Bolton. You will join the Complex Warheads Centre of Excellence, working on warhead concepts, definitions and testing across multiple sites.

Starting September 2027, with a 2-year programme, there is an annual salary review, a company bonus, and extensive development opportunities including subsidised meals and free car parking. Security clearance required; BPSS checks after offer; role involves 4 days on-site and may

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in an Engineering, Mathematical or Applied Science subject area such as Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical or Systems Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Mathematic to a minimum of 2:2

Responsibilities

• Support Warhead development through concept design to manufacture.
• Predict the lethal performance of missile systems through modelling of terminal engagement and detonation.
• Analyse performance data from trials and learn design definitions.
