Job summary

MBDA invites graduates to join a two-year Warhead Engineer programme based in Bolton. You will contribute to the warhead design authority, supporting lifecycle activities from concept through to testing, while benefiting from a comprehensive development path and site facilities.

The role requires a 2:2 degree in Engineering/Maths/Applied Science, British citizenship or dual-national rights, and readiness to relocate/ travel as needed. A joining bonus and company-wide perks are included.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Applied Science with a minimum 2:2.
Willingness to undergo BPSS/clearance and security checks as part of MBDA requirements.
Willingness to travel as required across MBDA sites.

Responsibilities

Support Warhead development across the product lifecycle from concept through to manufacture and maturity.
Collaborate with engineers across the Warhead lifecycle to produce design definitions and assess performance using modelling and data from trials.
Travel may be required and the role offers opportunities for career progression within a niche, high-precision domain.
