Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Andover is seeking a proactive Warehouse/Yard Supervisor to lead the team, manage stock, and ensure the yard and feedstore operate smoothly for customers.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on health and safety, stock integrity, and delivering excellent service in a busy outdoor environment. You will motivate colleagues, uphold our values, and drive operational excellence while working 40 hours per week, including weekends, with a 8:30am-5:30pm schedule.

Formación

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or feedstore environment.
• Experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices.
• Forklift Truck licence (desirable)

• Organising and overseeing goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries
• Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items
• Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Supervisor to lead our team and ensure our feedstore and yard are organised, safe, and ready for customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll motivate colleagues, maintain high standards, and support operational excellence. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working 8:30am-5:30pm 5 out of 7 days including weekends

As Warehouse / Yard Supervisor, you'll play a key role in managing stock, leading the team, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You'll lead by example, create a positive and solution-focused environment, and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.
