Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Redhill is seeking a practical and customer‑focused Warehouse/Yard Assistant to join our team on a permanent, part‑time basis. This hands‑on role involves helping keep our feedstore and yard organised, safe, and ready for customers, with 24 hours across Monday to Wednesday.

You will manage stock, support operational standards, and provide friendly, solution‑driven service. A driving licence, experience in retail, and a willingness to work outdoors are important;

Qualifications

• Driving licence or own transport required due to location.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a practical retail setting.
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices.
• Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment.
• Forklift Truck licence (desirable).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries.

We’re looking for a practical and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Assistant to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help keep our feedstore and yard organised, safe, and ready for customers. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 24 Hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

As Warehouse / Yard Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing stock, supporting operational standards, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe environment and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.
