Mole Valley Farmers Limited is hiring a Warehouse / Yard Assistant in Andover. This temporary 3-month role involves a 40-hour workweek, 8:30am-5:30pm, 5 days a week including weekends. You will assist with stock, maintain records, and deliver friendly, customer-focused service in a busy feedstore environment.

The ideal candidate has practical retail experience, strong communication skills, and is comfortable in a physical outdoor setting. Forklift licence is desirable.

We're looking for a practical and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep our feedstore and yard organised, safe, and ready for customers. About The Role

Contract: Temporary 3 month contract

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working 8:30am-5:30pm 5 out of 7 days including weekends

As Warehouse / Yard Assistant, you'll play a key role in managing stock, supporting operational standards, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe environment and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.

Key responsibilities include:
