Aldi is seeking a physically capable team member to support the Regional Distribution Centre operations in the United Kingdom. The role involves operating forklift trucks to unload store recycling and managing the returnable equipment department.

It is a physical role, with work both indoors and outdoors, and suitable outdoor clothing is provided. The position supports Aldi's fast-growing stores, with a 2pm start and a 30+ hour minimum week, including weekends.

Vacancy Specification

With bags of initiative, you'll help us run a clean and efficient Regional Distribution Centre. So there are no twiddling thumbs to be found here.

As a competent team member, you'll operate fork-lift trucks to unload store recycling. You'll also control the standards and organisation of our returnable equipment department, and contribute to the success of our recycling operation. Please note that this role involves working inside and outside and is a very physical role. Suitable outdoor clothing and equipment will be provided.
