Job summary

Aldi is hiring for a warehouse picker role in our Picking department. You will be responsible for picking stock and building pallets for store delivery, guided by headset instructions and ensuring paperwork is accurate. We operate efficient, high-volume warehouses and value attention to detail from our team.

The role includes shifts from early morning, working 5 days out of 7, with a minimum of 25 hours per week, and benefits such as paid breaks, holiday entitlement, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking is preferred.
• Able to follow headset instructions and process paperwork accurately.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

Vacancy Specification

As part of a fun, close-knit team, this role will mainly see you working in our Picking department. Here you will be responsible for picking stock and building pallets ready to go to store.

Receiving instructions through a headset, you'll need to be on the ball and pay close attention to details that matter, such as store numbers. It also means always checking that the relevant paperwork is accurate. We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. And without the great teams at our warehouses, there'd be no products in those stores.
