ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment, the UK's largest independent cleaning equipment provider, seeks a capable Workshop/Service Delivery professional in the UK. The role focuses on planning workshop activity, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements across the hub team.

Responsabilités

• Planning and prioritising daily workshop activities to ensure the efficient use of resources.
• Maintaining Hub Engineer compliance on business systems.
• Ensuring all orders have a job sheet and photograph attached to each call.
• Participating in a weekly operations call and delivering weekly updates from the hub.
• Monitoring adherence to ETAs on rental orders.
• Maintaining the facility up to business standards.
• Driving quality and performance improvement within the Hub Engineer team.
• Ensuring Hub engineers meet KPIs.
• Upholding site standards for self and team, and escalating issues to management.

What part will you play?

• Planning and prioritising daily workshop activities to ensure the efficient use of resources
• Maintaining Hub Engineer compliance on business systems
• Ensuring all orders have a job sheet and photograph attached to each call
• Participating in a weekly operations call and delivering weekly updates from the hub
• Monitoring adherence to ETAs on rental orders
• Maintaining the facility up to business standards
• Driving quality and performance improvement within the Hub Engineer team
• Ensuring Hub engineers meet KPIs
• Demonstrating an excellent approach to all activities and uphold site standards for both self and the team
• Escalating issues and communicating information to the Head of Service Delivery and Operations/Service Delivery Managers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar workshop or service management role
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
