Job summary

Rich Products UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative to administer and operate the organisation's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of materials, and to ensure accurate order confirmation, goods receipting and dispatch. The role requires FLT/MHE experience and strong numerical skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position covers day-to-day warehouse activities, shift handovers, and collaboration with shift managers to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and stock control.
• Proficient with Mechanical Handling Equipment.
• Hold an FLT licence covering Bendi and counterbalance.
• Numerical and methodical working practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (AX Dynamics) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to control flow of goods.
• Ensure accurate and timely order confirmations, goods receipting and dispatch.
• Maintain effective communication with Warehouse Shift Manager and highlight issues.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and in a timely manner to meet internal and external requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and training among warehouse staff.
