Job summary

Rich’s is a family-owned food company known for cakes, icings, pizza and toppings, with operations worldwide. This role, based in the UK, oversees the warehouse functions, ensuring safe, efficient processing, storage and shipping while meeting quality standards.

Based on a Friday to Monday night 40-hour schedule, you will lead MHE usage, drive KPI performance and coach the team through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficient with Mechanical Handling Equipment.
• Hold a Fork Lift Truck licence (FLT) for Bendi and counterbalance.
• Strong numerical and methodical working practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse deliverables and KPI performance.
• Operate MHE and ensure safe loading/unloading and order picking.
• Maintain accurate goods receipt, dispatch, and stock records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Shift Manager and conduct shift handovers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
