The Company

Our client is a leading event production company delivering high-end brand activations, exhibitions, and live event experiences for global companies. They have a strong pedigree in technical delivery, combined with innovation and creative design. They are growing rapidly and now seek a Warehouse / Event Prep Technician to join their friendly team.

The role

This is a busy role based in the warehouse, where you will assist with prepping, testing, cleaning, and loading equipment for various jobs. You will ensure kit lists are prepared promptly and that all items are functional, clean, and tidy for each job. Responsibilities include checking equipment back in after events, noting shortages or damages, and loading/unloading. Some on-site support for setting up and load-in/load-out at venues may be required.

About you

We are seeking a confident and articulate Technician with some knowledge of Audio Visual equipment, particularly in prep and testing. You should have a flexible and adaptable attitude, good IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A UK manual driving license is required, and experience with forklift operation is a plus. Due to the nature of the events industry, weekend work and longer hours may be involved, with time off in lieu offered.
