Job summary

Vibration Production in London (Walthamstow) is seeking a Warehouse Technician (Production) to support the production warehouse, ensuring timely receipt, storage and delivery of equipment for client jobs. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to fulfil bookings accurately and safely.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, familiarity with production equipment and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with production equipment and large-scale inventory.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the production warehouse, ensuring inventory is received, stored and delivered.
• Work with Warehouse Supervisor to fulfil client jobs accurately and on time.
• Follow all warehouse policies and safety regulations.
• Assist with maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment.
• Ensure inventory levels are accurate and items are labelled and tracked in the WMS.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse with properly maintained aisles, racks and storage areas.

CONTRACT TYPE: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As the Production Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of our production warehouse, ensuring that all equipment is received, stored, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Assist with the daily operations of the production warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is properly received, stored, and delivered.
• Work closely with the Production Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all client jobs are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Abide by all warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with the maintenance and repair or replacement of any equipment.
• Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and that all items are properly labelled and tracked in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure that all items are accounted for and that discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, ensuring that all aisles, racks, and storage areas are properly maintained.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• At least 1 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Experience working with production equipment, furniture or large-scale inventory management preferred.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.

This is a full-time position that may require work outside of regular business hours. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of event professionals and help create memorable events for clients.
