Who We Are

Gear4music, a leading retailer of musical instruments and equipment, is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Clifton Moor, York. As music enthusiasts, we're dedicated to providing an exceptional online shopping experience.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a crucial role in our busy distribution centre, contributing to a great customer experience. Your responsibilities will include goods in, warehouse tasks, and dispatch duties.

Who You Are

We're seeking individuals with previous warehouse experience who may have some machine driving experience (preferred but not essential) You will be computer/iPad literate and may have previous experience of using barcode scanners. You'll need good communication skills, be a strong team player, and have a reliable work ethic.

Useful information

Guaranteed 40-hour working week, including evenings and weekends on a rotating shift basis.

This role will require the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, 40 hours per week for 5 out of the 7 days. The shifts rotate on a weekly basis so please ensure youre able to commit to working both shift patterns.

Early Shift: 06:00 14:30 / 08:00-16:30. 4 days between Monday and Friday plus Saturday 08:30 17:00

Late Shift: 14:30 23:00. 4 days between Monday and Friday plus Sunday 08:30 17:00
