Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to lead our night shift, driving safety, productivity and service standards. You’ll coach and develop colleagues, manage workloads, and collaborate with Warehouse, Transport and Ops teams to deliver excellent results.

You’ll review KPI data, promote continuous improvement, and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring recruitment, performance and conduct are managed effectively.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with performance measures and operational KPIs.

Lead the team behind the service

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring productivity, safety and service standards are achieved.
