Poundland is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager Days to join our high-performing Distribution Centre team in Harlow. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a team of warehouse colleagues, ensuring stock is received and dispatched efficiently and safely. You’ll be at the heart of the operation, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to drive productivity, accuracy, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern:

Week One – Monday to Thursday

Week Two – Tuesday to Thursday
