Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northampton is looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to lead our Frozen warehouse operation in partnership with Sainsbury's. You will coach, motivate and engage your team to create a strong culture and drive performance.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 14:00–22:00, 5 days from 7, with a salary up to £33,280 plus weekend premiums and a generous benefits package including 33 days' leave, a company pension, dental insurance and more.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our team in Northampton, supporting our customer Sainsbury's, in our Frozen warehouse operation. You will be responsible fo r managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.

This is a full time, permanent position, working any 5 from 7, 14:00 till 22:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £33,280.00 per annum plus a shift premium of £1.00 per hour worked on a Saturday, £1.50 per hour worked on a Sunday and a PM premium paid after 18:00 of £2.25 per hour. You will also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Proven experience in managing a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment (ideally a food operation)
• The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
