The role demands strong leadership to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards of performance. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage workloads, monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement across goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

Qualifications

• Strong previous experience in warehouse supervision or management (≤140 chars).
• Proven track record of stable, long-term employment (≤140 chars).
• Experience managing and motivating a warehouse team (≤140 chars).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the warehouse team on a day-to-day basis.
• Allocate workloads and ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Monitor productivity, attendance and overall team performance.
• Ensure warehouse processes and procedures are followed correctly.

Warehouse Team Manager / Supervisor - Dunstable

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager / Supervisor to join our client in Dunstable.

We're looking for a strong and experienced warehouse professional with a proven track record of longevity and stability in previous employment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated commitment to their previous roles, strong leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who can lead by example, manage a team effectively and ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

The Details

• Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience
• Location: Dunstable
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00
