Brakes, the UK’s leading foodservice supplier, is recruiting a Warehouse Team Manager in Grantham. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team in a multitemperature warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards for customer satisfaction.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance, and drive improvements using data and colleague input, while building positive relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Ability to drive performance using data and input from colleagues.
