Brakes in Grantham is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our multi-temperature warehouse team. You’ll be picking and packing quality products for customers, replenishing stock and loading onto lorries, with health and food safety procedures guiding every order.

Rotating shifts offer variety: Week 1 Sun-Thu, Week 2 Sun-Fri with a rest day. 06:00–14:30 (40 hours/week). We provide a pension, generous holiday, discounts on products and ongoing training to help you grow.

Qualifications

• A good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Like being part of a team.
• Basic language skills and the ability to perform simple calculations.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• The ability to lift up to 25kg.

Responsabilités

• Pick and pack quality products for customers.
• Replenish stock and load onto lorries.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and swiftly, in line with health and food safety procedures.

Our Warehouse Operators are the heart of our business. Joining a close-knit team in our multi-temperature warehouse, you'll enjoy plenty of variety as you get involved in everything from picking and packing quality products for customers, to replenishing stock and loading onto lorries. You'll also be supported by our friendly admin team, so that every order is processed accurately, swiftly and in line with health and food safety procedures.
