Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a fast-paced operation in Corby, guiding a team on shift while ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality performance.

The role is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a rotating shift between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. Salary is £31,341.01 per annum plus benefits including pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team-leading experience in a warehouse.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage teams for performance.
• Proficient with warehouse IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the warehouse team to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Manage daily workloads, meet targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs and processes.
• Communicate with colleagues, customers and managers for smooth operations.
• Ensure health, safety, quality and compliance standards are followed.
