Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Stafford is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead a busy crew on our Screwfix contract. You will plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of operatives, delivering strong leadership, training and day-to-day management to meet targets.

This full-time role operates on rotating day shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with flexibility. You will influence safety, performance metrics, and ongoing improvement while fostering an inclusive, can-do culture.

Qualifications

• Proven operational experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, motivation and planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for Health, Safety, and Environmental matters during assigned shifts.
• Provide strong leadership and support to colleagues through clear communication.
• Deliver consistent service levels, actively striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Lead, manage and communicate effectively across all warehouse departments.
• Promote and uphold a culture of excellence, positive behaviours, and accountability.
