Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is hiring for a permanent, full-time shift supervisor role in the Crick area. The position runs Tuesday to Saturday, 16:00–00:00, with a salary up to £33,000 plus a shift allowance and opportunities to lead a warehouse team.

You will manage a floor area, plan labour and equipment, and promote a safe, high‑performing work environment while supporting staff development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferably in logistics, retail, or e‑commerce.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating warehouse workflows.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., JDA).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned floor or area within the warehouse.
• Proactively plan labour, equipment and activities during the shift.
• Foster a safe working culture and support development.
• Coach staff, provide feedback and assist with performance management.
• Support with disciplinary procedures and absence management.
