Job summary

ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd) is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee and drive efficient warehouse operations, including shipping. You will manage a hands-on team, ensuring accuracy, safety and adherence to procedures while coordinating staffing and process improvements.

The role primarily runs Monday to Friday, 2-10pm, with a discretionary bonus and a range of staff benefits. The successful candidate will have supervisory warehouse experience and strong KPI focus, with

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse operation.
• Ability to identify stock, shipping and workflow bottlenecks and resolve them.
• Experience leading a team, coordinating and delegating while hands-on.
• Familiar with KPIs and their importance in performance.
• Understanding of workplace safety and security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute key tasks within the warehouse to ensure efficient operations.
• Organise, coordinate and drive completion of essential warehouse functions, including shipping.
• Act as a hands-on resource ensuring daily tasks are carried out accurately, safely and to procedures.
• Support staffing needs and drive process improvements as part of the team.
