InPost UK is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader (AM) in Coventry to drive performance in a fast-paced depots environment, leading a small team and ensuring timely, accurate parcel handling.

You will manage shift operations, promote safety standards and quality, and coach colleagues to deliver high service levels across the Newstrade team.

• Train and develop new team members, ensuring they excel and maintain high performance.
• Support the shift manager by addressing any challenges and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by promoting company policies and health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

06.00am -14.30pm

Salary:

£33,246.57p/a

What You’ll Be Doing
