Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a PM Warehouse Team Leader for our Reading depot. You will lead a team, ensure parcels are handled efficiently, and drive safety and performance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This role offers a 14:00–23:00 shift, five days from six (Sunday closed), and a salary of £30,200 per year. Location: Unit 3, Worton Drive, Worton Grange, Reading, RG2 0TG.

About The Role

As a PM Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring parcels are handled with precision, operational targets are met, and safety and quality standards are top-notch. You'll lead a fantastic team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day while driving performance and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.

Location: Unit 3, Worton Drive, Worton Grange, Reading, RG2 0TG

Shift Pattern: Any 5 days from 6 (Sunday Closed)

Hours: 14:00pm - 23:00pm

Salary: £30,200 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing

What We Need From You

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Understanding of / familiarity working in a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Team Leading or supervisory experience desirable.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable to support Warehouse Operatives with physical parcel handling activities when needed.
• A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
