Dreams Limited in Willenhall is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to run daily warehouse operations and lead a small team. You will organise and prepare products with care to ensure beds and related items reach customers in perfect condition.

The role is physical, with heavy lifting, and requires strong organisation and calmness under pressure. A supportive team environment and ongoing development are offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Load and unload vehicles, handling mattresses, bed frames and sofa beds safely and with care.
• Communicate with line managers and office to keep them informed of all operational progress.
• Organise and prioritise the workload to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
• Work as part of the team to achieve daily targets and maintain high operational standards.
