• Compétences organisationnelles et de communication.

• Expérience en leadership de'équipe souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Gérer l'équipe de stock pour préparer les livraisons et collecter le stock.
• Responsabilité de l'exactitude à 100% pour la collecte et le transfert de stock.
• Organiser le stock de manière proactive.
• Chercher des améliorations opérationnelles pour réduire les coûts.

The Role of a Warehouse Team Leader in our Aylesford CDC

• Manage the stock team to prepare deliveries and collection of stock.
• Take responsibility for 100% accuracy of picking and transferring stock into the dispatch bays.
• Ensure the stock remains organised.
• Proactively seek operational improvements to reduce costs.
• Manage internal stock movements with sending/receiving locations to reduce stock integrity issues.

What do you need to succeed as a Warehouse Team Leader?

• Experience within a stock control or warehouse setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in working with several systems.
• Ideally have experience leading a team.

Working Pattern

Monday - Friday & Alternating Saturdays Mornings
