Job summary

Stapletons Tyre Service is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader/Operative to join our UK warehouse operations. You will lead a small team, manage goods received, put away, and order picking, and oversee loading/unloading of vehicles.

The role emphasizes safely maintaining standards while meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment. This position requires hands-on leadership, adherence to health & safety guidelines, and a proactive approach to team development and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in goods received, put away, and order picking.
• Knowledge of safe, compliant warehouse operations and housekeeping.

Joining us as a Warehouse Operative could be the start of a career for life. This role is working Monday-Friday 16:00-01:30am. Every third Friday the shift pattern will be 18:00-03:30am. There is also a requirement to work every third Sunday - paid at a premium rate. The Day to Day Based at our Tyre Warehouse & Distribution the Warehouse Team Leader plays a vital role, combining general warehousing duties plus leadership of a small team of warehouse colleagues plus in a fast paced and customer driven environment. Who we're looking for Providing motivation, leadership and direction to a small team of colleagues across all areas of warehouse activity, to include:
