Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Logistics team at N Brown Group. This role involves managing operational processes, resources, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead by example, embodying our core behaviors and supporting our inclusive culture.

Shift Pattern and Location

Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off, from 2pm to 1:30am.

Location: Shaw, Oldham, accessible via tram and with free parking available.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, support, motivate, train, and develop logistics colleagues to meet operational objectives.
2. Manage attendance and absence records in line with company policies.
3. Ensure health & safety standards and housekeeping are maintained.
4. Achieve production, compliance, and SLA targets efficiently.
5. Manage departmental budgets through effective planning and performance management.
6. Review performance metrics and conduct weekly cost analyses.
7. Investigate trends using MI data and respond accordingly.
8. Adjust shift start/finish times as needed and support overtime when required.
9. Manage multiple departments outside of primary responsibilities as needed.
10. Identify and support process improvements using lean six sigma methodologies.
