DFDS A/S in Kettering is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to lead a team and ensure all inbound and outbound activities run efficiently. You will coordinate daily operations, manage performance, and drive accuracy within a multi-client warehouse environment.

You will oversee order picking, packing and dispatch, stock control, and adherence to SLAs while maintaining health and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound goods using the WMS, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Supervise team performance, allocate tasks and ensure quality standards.
• Act as the link between warehouse teams, customer service and management to resolve issues.
• Support staff development through coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Oversee stock management processes including put-away, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, equipment checks and warehouse procedures.

About the role

Shifts Available:

1. Sunday to Thursday (22:00 - 06:00)
2. Monday to Friday (14:00 - 22:00)

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to ensure all inbound and outbound warehouse activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with customer agreements and KPIs. You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily operations, managing performance, and supporting a multi‑client warehouse environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the team to ensure all orders are picked, checked, packed, and dispatched within agreed timelines
• Managing inbound and outbound goods using the WMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs
• Supervising team performance, allocating tasks, and ensuring work is completed to required standards
• Acting as the link between warehouse teams, customer service, and management to resolve issues
• Supporting staff development through coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Overseeing stock management processes including put‑away, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, equipment checks, and warehouse procedures
