Team Leader - Distribution

Location:
Hours: Mid to Late Shift + Alternate Saturdays
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Team Leader to join our busy Distribution department. The ideal candidate will be confident managing people, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring all outgoing orders are completed right first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate a team of packers to achieve daily targets
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
• Maintain high packing standards and ensure company procedures are followed
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Coordinate workflow on shift to maximise productivity and minimise delays
• Communicate clearly with team members and other departments to resolve issues quickly
• Ensure the work area remains safe, clean and compliant with company policies
• Complete basic computer tasks including updating systems, reports, and tracking orders

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar distribution, warehouse or logistics environment
• Proven experience leading a small team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Good computer literacy (training provided on internal systems)
• Willingness to work mid-to-late shifts and alternate Saturdays
