Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd in Flint is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to help build and lead the warehouse operation at a brand-new site. You will oversee stock, goods in and shipments, and drive safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday double-day shift (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) with a 40-hour contract and 37.5 hours paid.

Qualifications

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• B1 essential
• B2 FLT licence - desirable
• Clamp attachment experience - desirable
• SAP experience
• ERP Experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proactive approach and willingness to get involved across the operation
• Good understanding of warehouse safety and stock control

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives.

• Coordinate goods in and goods out schedules.
• Ensure stock is stored safely, efficiently and accurately.
• Support the preparation and movement of materials for shipment.
• Liaise with hauliers and internal teams regarding stock and deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and health & safety.
• Support recruitment and training of new warehouse staff.
• Cover for the wider team when required.
• Help establish processes and best practice as the new site develops.

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a brand-new manufacturing facility in Flint.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the site during its early stages and play a key part in building the warehouse operation from the ground up. You'll help establish high standards, support the development of a new team and ensure stock, goods in and shipments are managed safely and efficiently.

The Role

• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives

About You

We're looking for someone with previous Team Leader experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environment who is comfortable working hands-on and leading from the front.

You’ll ideally have:
