This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday double-day shift (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) with a 40-hour contract and 37.5 hours paid.

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a brand-new manufacturing facility in Flint.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the site during its early stages and play a key part in building the warehouse operation from the ground up. You'll help establish high standards, support the development of a new team and ensure stock, goods in and shipments are managed safely and efficiently.
Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives
Oversee stock checks, movements, storage and shipments
Coordinate goods in and goods out schedules
Ensure stock is stored safely, efficiently and accurately
Support the preparation and movement of materials for shipment
Liaise with hauliers and internal teams regarding stock and deliveries
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and health & safety
Support recruitment and training of new warehouse staff
Cover for the wider team when required
Help establish processes and best practice as the new site develops
We're looking for someone with previous Team Leader experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environment who is comfortable working hands-on and leading from the front.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous Warehouse Team Leader or supervisory experience
B2 FLT licence - desirable
Clamp attachment experience - desirable
Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
A proactive approach and willingness to get involved across the operation
Good understanding of warehouse safety and stock control
