Job summary

AliveDx, based near Edinburgh, is seeking a Team Leader to join the Warehouse team. You will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage, handling and movement of inventory to support manufacturing and customer requirements.

The role is full-time and permanent, 37.5 hours per week. You will lead people, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs and ensure GMP/GxP compliance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and developing people.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting.
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms and inventory controls.
• Experience in regulated environments (GMP, GDP or GxP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and inventory operations ensuring safe, efficient, compliant service.
• Provide leadership including workforce planning, onboarding, training, development and performance management.
• Ensure robust inventory control through stock management, cycle counting and governance.
• Manage and monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
• Develop and continuously improve warehouse processes, layouts, storage solutions, systems and workflows.
• Maintain audit readiness and represent warehouse operations during internal and external audits.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with GMP, GDP, GxP, Health & Safety, Quality Management Systems and applicable regulations.
• Work with Production, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to optimise material flow.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, GEMBA) for operational excellence.
